Here’s How Coaching works…

Start your coaching program by completing intake forms for assessment.Set a regular weekly voice or video call for four consecutive weeks of hour-long sessions to create momentum and consistency.If you wish, you’ll receive an audio-only recording of our session to review and deepen your connection to the work in between sessions. After the first four consecutive weekly sessions, we will decide together if weekly or 2x month is the appropriate frequency. At this point, the sessions will open with 10 minutes of review of the previous session and end with summarizing take-aways and outlining the next action step(s).

FAQ

What is embodied awareness coaching?
Embodied Awareness Coaching is a one-on-one process that is designed to: ground you in the present moment; connect your mind and heart; support deep awareness of what gets in the way of you experiencing abiding peace; provide compassionate acceptance of what has been rejected or disowned; allow room for reintegration of all aspects of your life; and act as a container to hold all aspects of experience as greater levels of awareness and freedom naturally expand.
How long must I commit to coaching?
Some clients commit to at least six months of coaching, while others prefer an ongoing relationship. I ask that an initial commitment of three months be given (reassessment of weekly or twice-monthly frequency happens at the outset of session number five). After that, clients have a sense of how they would like to continue
What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds for services already provided. Single session pricing is available, as are various packages. If after purchasing a package you do not continue for some reason, the remaining sessions will fall under the single session price, and the balance (minus the required end-of-coaching review session at $175/hr.) will be refunded to you within 30 days of termination date.

How do I know Embodied Awareness Coaching will work?
